Contracted Services Arrangement
You sign a support contract for a certain number of hours per month, covering a specific length of time. Our Contracted Services clients enjoy the added benefit that their account always receives preference for service calls.
Time-and-Materials Arrangement
You contact Capitol Data Solutions on an as-needed basis, without prepaying for any support hours or contracting for a specific length of time. Many clients need help infrequently or have limited resources. This arrangement works well in those situations. You still receive the same high-quality service. However, you only pay us when you need us.
