Network Assessments
We will examine your current networking environment. We perform a detailed analysis, test security, speed and reliability. We will produce a detailed report, listing all findings. There is no obligation for you to purchase additional services from us. This is a 100% confidential process. We will NEVER disclose any of our findings to any third party.
Security Sweeps
We will perform a comprehensive test of network security, both physical plant and wireless. We will test for weak passwords, mis-configured security devices, unused accounts, unnecessary services, physical security issues and lack of redundancy. We will then produce a comprehensive a report with a list of recommendations to address all issues we uncover.
Server/pc Preventative Maintenance
We will perform routine upkeep of computer hardware and software. We install or apply all hardware and software updates, patches and fixes. We will also perform any needed general upkeep. Routine maintenance is the key to preventing future problems.
Network documentation
We will produce detailed diagrams and notation of all major and minor network components. This includes all aspects of network design, layout and configuration. This is a comprehensive diagram with the logical network design, coupled with written notes. It can also be used for inventory or fixed-asset management purposes.
Systems Administration
We will maintain your network through managing servers, routers, switches and firewalls. This includes day-to-day tasks such as user account administration, security groups administration, email account management, file maintenance, backups and data storage management.
