We have just completed 2010 budgets for all of our clients. We are preparing to engage in a large-scale systems migration project for one of the area's most respected firms. Our sister company, Horton Media Group has just completed a a very elegant web design project for one the area's newest authors. With the current economic situation, we have looked for ways to ease expenses for our clients. We are happy to announce our new HOUR ASSURANCE payment model, which enables our clients to pre-purchase blocks of support hours at a reduced rate and use the hours flexibly without fear of unused hours expiring. Plus, there is the added benefit of an additional 20 percent savings for all support incidents that can be handled via a remote support call.
