Sales Representative
- Achieve annual sales goal through the direct sale of IT services
- Identify high potential sales opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to identify, access and develop trusting business relationships
- Understand and articulate Capitol Data Solutions' value proposition at various levels within the an organization (business, technical, executive)
- Negotiate with prospects and clients on a variety of business, financial and delivery-related issues
- Develop sales strategies that leverage existing relationships to expand enterprise penetration
- Communicate regularly and effectively with President, providing accurate and timely sales forecasts and maintaining accurate and current records
- Effectively utilize all company resources available in supporting sales campaigns
- Assist other sales and sales support representatives as needed
- Provide ongoing competitive market feedback to the company to inform of company positioning

Senior Software/Web Developer
- 5+ years in both frontend/backend development
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- SQL, .NET, Python, Ruby on Rails and PHP
- Experience working through the entire SDLC and proven success launching a web-based application
- Portfolio of live, interactive front-end designs
- Ability to develop applications based upon client needs
